In Elegance!

We arrived at our gorgeous bed & breakfast in Niagara on the lake

in the early evening on July 14th

and met our lovely hostess & host

Dana & Vito

who are charming..

We relaxed in the beautiful

Regal room with a king size bed (which we love because we have one too)  :)

Thats my pink bag and my hubbys black one

From the moment we arrived we felt so comfortable

and pampered

*

I loved the softness of this room..

soft in every way...the colour of the room made me think of the sea,

and the whites had such a calming, soothing effect..

just what you need when you're on a "time-away" together.

Soft, cozy, bed in which we had such a good nights sleep

and a couple of little needed "naps".

Holidaying can be tiring  :)

Or is it that you just get into such a relaxed mode,

that naps just come so naturally?

Oh and I loved the colour of the room so much

that Im looking to have it for our living room

*

I loved the gentleness of the curtains and the pearl tie-backs..

Did I say that I loved Danas "decor"?!

Im more of a silver lover than a gold lover,

so this chandelier was right up my alley..

*

The bathroom was big and beautiful!!

*

*

The towels were the fluffiest and were also

fragrant!

I think we got a little spoiled..:)

I wish I had taken my camera down for breakfasts

because they were scrumptious!

Yogurt with fresh fruit and home-made granola,

quiche, juices, preserves with fresh scones, and on and on...

So yummy!  :)

Dana is a very creative and talented cook..

My hubby and Vito were chatting it up about northern winters and ice-fishing!

I love the seasons, but summer has a special place in my heart-of-hearts...
