Shall we knit?

Hello friends!
I just wanted to peek in and say hi

Spring is here
although winter went out with a roar!

Grass is showing now
and well....I am so happy about it!

How have you all been?!
I have missed you and missed visiting here.
Winter has kept me busy,
and while all that white stuff is melting, I am still
k n i t t i n g
and quite happy about it too!

I am attempting my first pair of socks!
This is something I was NOT interested in doing,
and all of a sudden, I want to try.
So this is my first sock on my needles.
It might look like I've attempted fair isle knitting,
and I have...the secret is though...
this yarn unfolds in this pattern!
I love it and its easy!
That being said...I'm about to attempt the  h e e l.
I've taken it off my needles onto my stitch holder,
and waiting until I attend my knitting class this week!
But in the meantime, I'll knit the other sock up to that point as well.

Excited about it? Yes I am!
I'll show you when they are finished.
I finished these arm warmers
and I love how warm and cozy they are!
My daughter says they look like "homeless people" gloves.
I have always loved fingerless gloves,
and I probably always will!
They are so handy to drive with and if it's not cold
enough for a full mitt...this is fantastic!
So while our snow melts, I'm still at it!
And I'm loving it!!!
I've finished one project for next Christmas so far, and will have another one on my needles soon.

What have you been up to?!
Any special projects?
I can't wait to open up windows
and let spring cleaning begin!
And then summer...
oh....love summer!

Hugs!

All my heart,
Deborah xoxo

Seasons greetings and Merry Christmas!

Wishing you all a blessed Christmas and the joy that can only come from Him. Winter is upon us here in Northern Ontario, Canada, but so far...
