Our delightful Saturday

Good day my friends!

I hope your weekend has started out beautifully

:)

Mine sure has!

It's one of those rare treasures

when I have a Saturday off,

so hubby woke me up this morning before 7.00 a.m.

to ask if I wanted to come garage-sale-ing

with him.

Yep...and I was out of bed and into the shower

pretty quick,

while he walked all 4 dogs separately

down by the meadow.

Bella came with us..

she loves the outings

and since she'll be busy for the next two months

tending to her new pups,

we thought she'd love the outing! Lol

Shes due in 6 days!!

She went with us to a few garage sales and then back she came to rest..

and off we went to pick up our sweetie!

There he is!!!

He's our sons' fiances' little boy

and in my eyes hes already my grandson!

Hes as cute as a button and a smart as a whip

:) 

He's never been to a garage sale before today,

so he didnt realize that there are toys

at garage sales.

And hubby bought him some treasures

at a few different places..

I think he has a love for garage sale-ing now.

Lol

He knew exactly what he wanted

when we asked him what he'd like for lunch

"A bagel like my mom gets

and with cream cheese

in a little dish"

Lol

We nearly laughed ourselves silly all morning and afternoon with him.

We asked him to let us know when he had to go pee,

and when we reminded him,

he said,

"Its only at my  forehead  now"

and then as more time had passed we said

"ok where is the pee now?"

He said,

"its in my  pants  so you'd better hurry up"!

Lol

Oh we laughed!

He went on a little train ride..

all by himself.

He's such a big boy!

He went on two carousel rides

and loved it...

ummm so did I!!

:)

His first ride was a deer

:)

the 2nd ride was on  a horse...

I became a little child again today.

I played,

 I giggled

 and then roared with laughter

with my little buddy.

He had my hubby

laughing too!

My hubby so kindly took pictures

while we were on the carousel,

and then after we finished

he was waiting for us

with ice-cream bars!!

Creamsicles!!!

What a wonderful day!

Garage sale-ing with my hubby and Brandon,

Two carousel rides and a train ride,

lunch together,

and ice-cream!

And the sweetest company of our precious grandson!

My heart is overflowing with love and joy

for this gift to us...

Cleaning Day and Mrs. Meyer :)

Allow me to introduce you to

Mrs. Meyers!!

:)

She is so lovely & fragrant

and such a delight in the kitchen.

She does such a nice job cleaning,

and leaves the freshest scent after shes done  :)

I'm so glad that I purchased the hand soap in the pump also!

I LOVE using it at my sink to wash up my hands

before preparing food..

it smells so lemony and fresh.

I must confess, I'm a huge fan of anything citrus..

especially for body washes

and my all-time fave perfume,

I had been wanting to buy some but didn't see any where I live,

but while on our holidays down south,

at a quaint little kitchen shop

Who knows when I'd ever see her again!

So I whisked her up and took her back home with me!
