I have never enjoyed grapes more
than this evening
watching this little doll eat hers...
One by one,
she savoured these red juicy grapes
My heart filled with delight
as she ate one after another,
after another...
Now, have you ever seen eyes so big,
so full of life?!

I know you have...you've seen them in your children,
and your grandchildren.
Eyes full of wonder,
and innocence
and trust...
and joy...in the simplest things
How blessed
to have the gift
of
a precious child in your life..
no matter if its your own,
or your grandchild,
or even a child that is not your own,
but you are given the gift of sharing in her/his life.
Make a promise to treasure the moments,
one by one,
and make each memory a smile,
that you hold dear
to your heart of hearts.
