Well hello my dear friends!!!
I've missed coming here lately....
but my desktop computer konked out on me recently.
I gratefully sent my computer tower down to my son's to have him see what was wrong.
He found the problem and all is well now.
I was using my new laptop while waiting for my desktop (I'm so glad I had already purchased it in the summer)
but I was really missing my larger monitor.
While it was gone, I found that I really missed the photos
I've stored.
So I had to do a post on some of my favourite snapshots....
(in thankfulness of having my computer back home!)

I love that photos hold memories..
and I remember this moment after having played at the park.
I love natural...
I love capturing
moments as they are...
the unexpected click of the shutter...
The beauty that can be revealed in the places
you weren't looking for them in.
You just suddenly see them,
and you know that you've just captured
that pearl...
most often in the simple, uncontrived place.
The bits of the glory in nature
tucked away,
sometimes seemingly hidden
yet shouting in a voice unheard...
waiting for our glimpse
to behold
the wonders all around us.
These are the visions my eyes
long for.
For me, they all lead back to
Him.
I love photography...
the "capturing" of the moments.
But even more...
behind the eyes of my lens
to
see
and
adore
The One who gives us such gifts...
They
are right
here...

all around you.

God give us eyes to see...
what is right before our eyes...
and a heart to praise You...
each moment...
for all the moments
