Spring days

Sweet quiet moments at home with family

...
and with my oven

 baking up some

Cranberry Coffee Cake
so so so so yummy!

I found this recipe on  Pinterest
at

We've celebrated a few birthdays already so far this year..
which always leads us into

spring!

I just rolled this yarn skein into a ball
so I can start another pair of socks.
They look spring-like,
wouldn't you say?
I love the specks of colour!
I finished up my sons'pair and they fit him like a glove...
(except not really, because then they wouldn't fit on his feet lol)
You get me right?
Oh boy!

Oregon chai latte...

I   l o v e  this drink!
So yummy.
I picked up the box of it so I can make my own at home
anytime
desire.
Lol
Deelish.
Sprinkle with a little cinnamon
and you have a decadent afternoon
or..anytime of day treat.

I've been de-cluttering and re-arranging
and bringing "stuff" to our local Value Village.
Spring does that to ya...
makes you want to nest and get your hands dirty
and "get to things" to make ready for
winter leaving.
So ya...I'm on that,
and Im happy about it.

I cleaned out and re-arranged our dining room armoire
and I think its time to
"chalk paint".
I've been wanting to do this armoire for a few years
and
I know it'll be nice!
It'll be either white or old white that I choose.
And I'm up for some new door handles for sure!
A makeover. :)
We have a local shop
that sells chalk paint now!
Yes!!
Amazing!
I'll show you the before and after when I get to it.

What are you up to?
Projects? Spring things?

All my heart,
Deborah
