spring and summer
trips?!

In the lovely month of
May
when tulips bloom,
I am heading down south
to meet up with one of our sons...
my first born,
and him and I
are having a long weekend together.
There's that word again..."together"
I love that word!
I am so excited to see him,
and for us to be able to just have some "mother/son" time...
some friendship time.
We plan to head out to...
Niagara
and spend a day and night there...
and then we will decide where else we'll visit
once we're "together".
It won't matter so much where we go...
I just wanted to be with him.

He's my beautiful,
thoughtful,
call-me-up-on-the-spur-of-the-moment
son,
he can get me splitting a gut laughing,
he's a tease,
he's my dear friend,
and generous-hearted son.
He's always been my happy boy...
Thats him with the "party hat"!
Always fun!
Beside him is his brother,
with the ringlets!
My goodness...I loved this age!!
When I look back at photos..
I realize yet again,
how blessed I am.

I was out walking today with my hubby and our dogs
and its just like summer!!
Anyone have any trips planned?
I'll be going away for Easter,
but I'll be posting before that.
